For those of you who attended last year, you signed up on a form Kimbrough provided and that was a first -come-first-serve. This year will be a little different. There will still be a form to fill out, however, Kimbrough will organize with PODFEST a selection process for the first 10 open mics. The second 10 will be a random selection, draw from a buck if you will. This is subject to change as we get closer. FYI
Once You're Selected
Once we select the final line up. We will promote the show and the open mics can push their friends to come and support. Be sure to add your headshots and podcast thumbnail in the registration form.
The Team Comedy USA Open Mic Show Format
This will be the same as last year. 4 Professional MC'c 7 minutes each and they each will bring on 5 Open Mics. Kimbrough will introduce the first MC, Jen Hardy, followed by Will Nave, followed by TBD and closing out the show is Kimbrough. The show runtime is anticipated to be 2 hours. This however, is subject to change. FYI!
